These Booking Credit Terms and Conditions (“Booking Credit Terms”) govern your use of Propel Booking Credit (“Booking Credit”) on the Propel Platform. Your use of Booking Credit and the services available via the Propel Platform shall be subject to Propel’s Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Community Policies (collectively, the “Propel Terms”); if you see an undefined term in these Booking Credit Terms, it has the same definition as in the Propel Terms. To the extent that these Booking Credit Terms conflict with the Propel Terms, the provisions of the Propel Terms shall apply.
Overview
Upon cancellation of certain eligible bookings, Propel provides Clients the opportunity to opt in to receive Booking Credit as an alternative to a cash refund. In some cases, Booking Credit may also be issued at Propel’s sole discretion as a courtesy to reimburse for inconvenience endured or for other reasons as determined by the support team. Booking Credit does not expire and can be applied to future bookings on the Propel Platform.
Important Definitions
“Qualifying Cancellation” means any booking cancelled that is eligible for Booking Credit. The following bookings are expressly excluded: (i) bookings that have already begun; (ii) bookings that were previously cancelled; (iii) bookings cancelled within 48 hours by the Client or due to their absence.
“Booking Credit” is a refund provided to a Client at the Client’s election as a credit in lieu of cash upon a Qualifying Cancellation, which is available to redeem on a later booking. Booking Credit: (i) is non-refundable and non-transferable; (ii) is not cash, currency or a gift card product; and (iii) cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. You may not purchase or sell Booking Credit and Propel does not sell Booking Credit.
How it Works
When a Qualifying Cancellation occurs, Propel may provide you the option of receiving either a cash refund or an equivalent amount in Booking Credit. If you elect to receive Booking Credit for that cancellation, the refund value will be added to your Propel account as Booking Credit. Booking Credit can only be redeemed through the Propel Platform. Booking Credit may be applied during checkout and will reduce the cost of that booking by the applied amount. You are not required to apply the Booking Credit to your next booking and may elect to apply it to a later booking. If less than the total available balance of your Booking Credit is applied to a booking, the unused balance will remain in your Propel account.
No fees of any kind apply to Booking Credit, and Booking Credit balances do not expire but may be subject to applicable unclaimed property laws.
Limitations
Booking Credit may not be applied toward charges for changes to existing reservations or be used to purchase Gift Cards. Booking Credit cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Once a Booking Credit is claimed to an Propel account, its value cannot be transferred to another person or Propel account; a Booking Credit balance on an Propel account may not be cashed out or transferred to another Propel account.
General Terms
If you apply the Booking Credit to a booking that is later cancelled, you will be refunded based on the Cancellation policy for both: (i) any amount paid with your Payment Method (e.g. your credit or debit card), and (ii) any amount paid using Booking Credit, which will then be available for future use.

Propel reserves the right to modify these Booking Credit Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. When we make changes to these Booking Credit Terms, we will post the revised Booking Credit Terms on the Propel Platform and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Booking Credit Terms. We will also provide you with notice of any changes by email at least thirty (30) days before the date they become effective, and the notice will set forth the change, the date of the coming into force of the change, your right to refuse such change and your right to terminate these Booking Credit Terms with Propel without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity by sending us a notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the revised Booking Credit Terms come into effect. Unless you terminate your agreement with Propel before the date the revised Booking Credit Terms become effective, your continued access to or use of the Propel Platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Booking Credit Terms. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
Changes made to these Booking Credit Terms may be in respect of: (i) the waiver and release contained in these Booking Credit Terms; (ii) changing how the Booking Credit and redemption of the Booking Credit work; (iii) changes in respect to the limitations of liability provisions; (iv) changes relating to the resolution of disputes; or (vi) changes to all other general terms including to modifications, miscellaneous, governing law and jurisdiction and definitions.
Your Waiver and Release
By electing to receive the Booking Credit, you are agreeing that Booking Credit is in lieu of any cash refund you might be entitled to receive in connection with making the Qualifying Cancellation—whether under the cancellation policy or any other Propel policy, the Propel Terms, or applicable law. By electing to receive the Booking Credit or by using the Booking Credit, you are agreeing to these Booking Credit Terms.
You release Propel and the Instructors and Hosts from any and all claims and liabilities, without limitation, relating to the Qualifying Cancellation, and/or any refund or compensation you might be entitled to in relation to the Qualifying Cancellation.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Booking Credit, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in the event the Booking Credit is non-functional, your sole remedy, and your sole liability, will be the replacement of such Booking Credit. Certain laws do not allow limitations or implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
Chargebacks and Fraud
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company (also known as a “charge dispute” or “reversal”) for the return of funds charged for a Qualifying Cancellation, you will not be eligible for Booking Credit for such cancellation. Propel reserves the right to refuse, void, cancel, reject or hold for review your Booking Credit, if it believes that you initiated a chargeback for the Qualifying Cancellation and elected to receive Booking Credit despite the chargeback, or in any other event of suspected fraud. We will have the right to close a Member’s account and charge alternative Payment Methods if a fraudulently claimed Booking Credit is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Propel Platform.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Booking Credit will be resolved in accordance with the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section of the Propel Terms.
