Reviewing these details, following all signage, and keeping use of the pool to your scheduled time ensures you're always welcome back.

Proceed to the pool only at the time of your lesson.

Go half way up the staircase and take your first left before the next section of stairs begins.

Head straight down the hallway in the far corner towards the fitness centre.

Instructors and swimmers meet here at the time of their lesson.

Never use the pool without your instructor present and supervising.

If you encounter any pool related issues, let your instructor know, so they can document and report it during the lesson.

The changing rooms are located on the pool deck.


Walk past the concierge desk and turn right.

Take the parking elevator to floor P3 and head to the Security Office.

Knock on door for assistance. If there is no response, call (416) 799-8153 and they will be right there.

Sign-in to receive an access card.
Visit the concierge desk, let them know you are teaching with Propel, and register your license plate.
• Teach at a conversational volume. No yelling across the pool
• Use a single lane only, even when the pool is empty. If you have two swimmers, have them go one after the other, not side by side
• Keep belongings to one chair and minimize use of deck space
• When a guest enters the pool area, introduce yourself, offer to share the space, and make it clear you're happy to reschedule if needed
• Never ask a hotel guest to move or come back later
• If space feels tight or a guest appears bothered by your presence, end the lesson and report a facility issue
Return the access card after your lessons conclude.
Lost or non-returned cards will incur a $75 fee from the hotel.
