Pool Rules and Access Details
For swim lessons at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Markham
Please read all pool rules and access details below
- Follow all access instructions and do not wander the premises
- Do not proceed past the waiting area without the instructor
- Never enter or use the pool without direct instructor supervision
- Parents must stay to watch students less than 16 years of age
- Spectating is limited to two people per lesson
- Students must not eat within an hour of their lesson
- No food or drink except water in non-glass containers
- Towel off completely before restroom use to keep floors dry
- Finish lessons on time and promptly change and exit afterwards

The pool is located at 10 East Pearce St.
Where To Park
There is free parking in front of the hotel.
If Early, Wait in Lobby
Proceed to the pool only at the time of your lesson.
⚠️ There is no need for students to check-in with the front desk.
✅ Access to the pool area is provided by the instructor at the exact time of your lesson. If you arrive early please wait.
Meet at the Pool Entrance
Instructors and swimmers meet at the entrance to the pool at the time of their lesson.
Your instructor will open the doors for you at the time of your lesson. Do not enter without your instructor present.

Showers
Please note that the temperature of the rinsing water cannot be changed and is meant for a quick rinse and not a long shower.

The front desk will be expecting you. Please check-in to receive your access card.
💸 There is a $50 fee if you forget to return the access card.
